Another Cracking Week Across Lancashire
Good week this one! Regular quiz nights, a packed karaoke party, two brilliant birthday parties, and a christening celebration. From Lytham to Poulton to Accrington – we covered a fair bit of ground. Here’s how it went.
Our Weekly Quiz Nights
Wednesday: Quiz Night at Warton
Georgina hosted her usual Wednesday quiz at The Birley Arms in Warton. Another solid turnout from the regulars.
Thursday: Speed Quiz at The Ship
Dan was back at The Ship Inn in Freckleton for his Thursday speed quiz. Good crowd as always – these Thursday nights are properly competitive!
Friday Night: Karaoke Party at Kirkham Conservative Club
Friday night was brilliant – karaoke party at Kirkham Conservative Club and the place was absolutely rammed!
The room was packed, the atmosphere was buzzing, and the singing was top notch. When you get a full house for karaoke, the energy just takes off. Everyone was up for it, loads of great performances, and proper good fun all night.
One of those nights where you can tell everyone’s having a brilliant time. Kirkham knows how to party!
Saturday’s Birthday Double
Elijah’s 5th Birthday – Childrens Entertainer Lytham
Saturday morning took us to Lytham for Elijah’s 5th birthday party. As a childrens entertainer in Lytham, we’re always working across the area and Elijah’s party was lovely.
Five-year-olds have serious energy and this lot didn’t disappoint! Musical chairs got competitive straight away, limbo had everyone laughing, and Human Hungry Hippos was the usual brilliant chaos.
Elijah absolutely loved the magic show and was a great little assistant. We did party dances which got everyone moving, balloon modelling that the kids were made up with, and handed out medals, sweets and bouncy balls throughout.
Finished with our classic giant conga line to the food table. Elijah had a brilliant time – another cracking party in Lytham!
Ella Rose’s 6th Birthday – Childrens Entertainer Poulton
Straight from Lytham, we headed to Poulton for Ella Rose’s 6th birthday party. As a childrens entertainer in Poulton, we love working across the area.
Six-year-olds bring proper energy and Ella Rose’s mates were up for everything. Musical chairs got seriously competitive, limbo had some impressive moves, and the Go Fetch game was absolutely hilarious – kids racing around everywhere!
Our magic show went down a storm and Ella Rose was brilliant as our assistant. Party dances got everyone singing and moving, we did balloon modelling, and handed out medals and treats all round.
Finished with the usual conga line to the food. Ella Rose had the best time – another brilliant party in Poulton!
Sunday: Christening Celebration and Quiz Night
Bronte’s Christening Party at Accrington Cricket Club
Sunday took us to Accrington Cricket Club for Bronte’s christening party. Christening parties are always lovely – you’ve got all ages there celebrating together.
We kept the entertainment perfect for mixed ages. Games for the older children, gentle activities for the little ones, and our magic show adapted to suit everyone. Accrington Cricket Club is a great venue with loads of space, and the atmosphere was brilliant.
Beautiful celebration and we were delighted to be part of it. Congratulations to Bronte and family!
Sunday Night Quiz at The Bell and Bottle, Kirkham
Rounded off the weekend with our Sunday night quiz at The Bell and Bottle in Kirkham. This weekly quiz is really finding its feet now.
Pen and paper format with Open the Box and Play Your Cards Right. Good crowd, decent atmosphere, bit of competitive spirit. These Sunday night quizzes in Kirkham are becoming a proper regular thing.
