Another Absolutely Packed Week Across Lancashire
What a week! School sweetie bingo, music bingo, three kids’ parties, an 80th birthday with kids entertainment, a first holy communion celebration, plus all our regular quiz nights. From Morecambe to Clitheroe to Preston to Poulton – we were all over Lancashire. Here’s how it went.
Our Weekly Quiz Nights
Tuesday: Quiz at The Station, Morecambe
Dan hosted his quiz at The Station on the Promenade in Morecambe. Growing nicely each week – good crowd as usual.
Wednesday: Birley Arms, Warton
Georgina did her usual Wednesday quiz at The Birley Arms in Warton. The regulars never disappoint.
Thursday: The Ship, Freckleton
Dan’s Thursday speed quiz at The Ship in Freckleton. Competitive bunch as always!
Friday: Double Bingo Day!
Sweetie Bingo at Pendle Primary School, Clitheroe
Friday afternoon Dan and Georgina were at Pendle Primary School in Clitheroe for sweetie bingo – brilliant fun!
Sweetie bingo for schools is always great. All the families and kids together, everyone gets involved, and the kids absolutely love it when they win sweets. The atmosphere at Pendle Primary was fantastic – loads of laughter and excitement.
Great afternoon in Clitheroe with all the families!
Music Bingo at The Hob, Bamber Bridge
Friday night Dan was at The Hob in Bamber Bridge for music bingo. Another packed night – this place is becoming a proper regular spot for us.
Great crowd, brilliant atmosphere, everyone singing along. These Friday nights at The Hob just keep getting better!
Saturday: Birthday Double Header
Jonah’s 5th Birthday at St Bernard’s Community Hub, Preston
Saturday morning we were at St Bernard’s Community Hub in Preston for Jonah’s 5th birthday party. As a childrens entertainer in Preston, we love working at St Bernard’s – great venue with loads of space.
Five-year-olds bring proper energy and Jonah’s party was no exception! Musical chairs got competitive straight away, limbo had everyone laughing, and the magic show went down a storm. Jonah was a brilliant assistant.
Party games, balloon modelling, medals and sweets – all the usual fun. Giant conga line to finish. Jonah had a fantastic time.
And the best bit? Sue, Jonah’s mum, left us a brilliant Google review!

This is actually the second time we have hired them for children’s birthday parties. They have done both my children’s 5th parties and they have done an exceptional job both times. Rene’s 80th Birthday – Kids Entertainment and DJ Till 8pm
Saturday afternoon/evening was something special – Rene’s 80th birthday party with kids entertainment and DJ work.
This was brilliant – an 80th birthday celebration with all the family there, including loads of kids. We kept the kids entertained in the afternoon while the adults celebrated, then Dan DJ’d till 8pm for the whole party.
Proper family celebration with all the generations together. Rene had a fantastic 80th and everyone had a great time. These multi-generational parties are always special.

Sunday: Communion Celebration and Another Dash!
First Holy Communion Party at Victory Labour Club, Poulton
Sunday we were at Victory Labour Club in Poulton for a first holy communion party – celebrating 6 kids who’d all done their first communion together.
First communion parties are lovely – all the families celebrating together, the kids in their smart outfits, everyone in brilliant spirits. We kept the entertainment going for all the kids and it was a really special atmosphere.
As a childrens entertainer in Poulton, we’ve done loads of communion parties at Victory Labour Club. Great venue and always a good crowd.
Max’s 4th Birthday at Staining Village Hall – The Dash!
After the communion party, Dan had to dash off to Staining Village Hall for Max’s 4th birthday party!
Quick turnaround but we got there on time. Four-year-olds are a sweet age – still excited about everything. Musical chairs, musical statues, limbo, magic show – Max and his mates loved it all.
Party games, balloon modelling, medals and treats handed out. Giant conga to finish. Max had a brilliant 4th birthday at Staining Village Hall!
